Service Inspection Plans

 

Basic: Inspections only

Black Diamond – Bi-weekly Inspections:

 $180

Double Black Diamond – Weekly Inspections:

$300


Enhanced: Inspections plus bill paying

Same price as the basic plans plus $45/hour for paying recurring monthly bills. Minimum 1/2 hour.


Notes for Inspection Plans

  1. Charges for the basic plans are levied only during periods of non-residency when inspections are performed. There are no inspections during residency, unless requested by homeowner and charges will be prorated.

  2. Inspection plan pricing is based on homes within a five mile radius of downtown Crested Butte. Inspection plans for homes lying outside that area will be priced based on mileage and time for Total Caretaking personnel.

  3. Pre-arrival reservations are for common carrier ground transportation and restaurant meals the day of your arrival. Additional meal and activity reservations during your stay may be arranged at a rate of $45/hour.

  4. Movement of your personal automobile to the airport prior to your arrival and pickup of the vehicle after departure is available at a rate of $45/hour.

  5. All inspection plans require the homeowner to establish a Reserve Account with Total Caretaking LLC in the amount of two months inspection costs for the Basic Plans. The Enhanced Plans require a deposit equal to the two highest months bills or an amount mutually agreed upon between the homeowner and Total Caretaking.

  6. Requests for services in addition to the above listed items will be billed to the homeowner at the rate of $45/hour.

Provided by Other Local Businesses

  • Snow and ice removal from driveways, walks, decks or roof

  • Lawn/lot maintenance

  • Plumbing and electrical

  • Housekeeping

  • General maintenance or construction

  • Hot tub service or repairs

  • Firewood

  • Other miscellaneous services

    These items will be billed at the contractor’s price plus $45/Hour for time spent by Total Caretaking personnel arranging and facilitating the work.



Notes for Optional Services

  1. Projects placed with a local contractor will be done so on a competitive basis when possible in an effort to obtain the best rate prevailing in the Crested Butte area.

  2. Depending upon the nature of the project, a deposit may be required by the contractor prior to the commencement of the work. In this event, the homeowner will be notified that an additional deposit is required to their Reserve Account prior to commencement of work.

  3. Adequate notice is required to secure the services of local businesses, particularly during peak seasons. The amount of notice will vary from business to business depending on the season and their anticipated workload.
