Total Caretaking, LLC, is a new concept in property management and home caretaking in the Crested Butte area. Owned and operated by Andrew Crossley and Gene Spinner, we have over 35 years of experience in the construction/building trades and high-end resort property management. We feel that this level of experience gives us a unique perspective on the business of caretaking someone’s most valuable possession, their home. Our commitment is to provide the most responsible, responsive and dependable seasonal home caretaking in the Crested Butte area by tailoring plans to suit the homeowner’s needs.

We are seeking clients who wish to maintain their homes for their exclusive use and not make them available for rent. We offer a complete package of services, using our personnel and other local businesses. Homeowners may customize their package and choose only those services they require. Our client base is limited to ensure that we provide the best possible service and response time to those homeowners who contract with us.
